5 Days Return & Exchange Policy

We accept return and exchange requests within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact
  • Free from stains, perfume, damage, or alteration

Return or exchange requests raised after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange for size issues or product exchange, subject to availability.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange the next steps. The replacement product will be dispatched after we receive and verify the returned item.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if the product meets our return conditions. The product must be unused and in its original condition.

Items that are damaged due to customer handling, used, washed, altered, or returned without tags will not be accepted.

Refund Policy
