RETURNS

At Satvik Style, we gladly accept returns for damaged or defective items or size exchanges of unused items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached), if requested within 3 days of delivery, for store credit only.

To initiate a return or exchange, please use Return form within 3 days of delivery 

• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact.

• Process:

  • Client raises a return/exchange request via website or email.

  • Pickup is arranged (domestic).

  • For international returns, client may have to self-ship.

• Refund/Exchange:

  • Refunds usually processed as store credit (or back to source if specified in updated policy).

  • Exchanges available for size or product change (subject to stock).

We do not offer monetary refunds as each Satvik Style piece is handcrafted with time and care. Refunds are considered only in cases of fulfillment errors such as incorrect, defective or missing items. Such issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery via email at contact@satvikstyle.in.

Please note:

Return/exchange requests are accepted only once per order.

A standard shipping fee of Rs.100 will be deducted from the final store credit.

Prices of sold items are final and non-negotiable at the time of return/exchange.

Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Products bought using store credit or gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

SIZE EXCHANGES

Size exchanges are offered only for the same style and color. If your preferred size is unavailable, we’ll issue you a store credit.

Important Guidelines:

Please refer to our size chart and product visuals; due to device display differences, colors and textures may appear slightly varied.

Returns must include all original tags and packaging. Used or damaged items will not be accepted.

Satvik Style reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our quality standards.

Items returned without approval after inspection will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Note: Variations in natural fabrics, textures, prints, and artisanal finishing are not considered defects. Damage caused by customer misuse will not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS:

International orders

Packages returned after 3 failed delivery attempts or due to incorrect address

Orders where the recipient refuses to pay import duties (international only)

Sale items, gift cards, and products bought via store creditSatvik Style reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns and exchanges.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Post-dispatch, our regular return/exchange policy will apply.

WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

While we aim to represent our products accurately, slight differences in color, detailing, or design may appear due to screen variations. Please refer to our Terms of Use for more details.

CUSTOMER SERVICE TERMS

We value respectful communication. Any form of aggressive, defamatory, or inappropriate language directed at our team or brand may lead to account termination, blocked access to our services, and potential legal action. Satvik Style reserves the right to take action on a case-by-case basis.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE 

By using or registering on our platform, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Misuse such as coupon abuse or false claims may result in legal action.
